  • Visible Blue Sign in vehicle or Special License plate required.
  • All pets must be kept on a leash, at all times
  • Horses are not permitted.
  • $70.00 for weekend. Includes 2 wrist bands (must be worn)  Additional wrist bands can be purchased for a one-time fee of $10.00 each at the office
  • No hookups (hydro, water, sewer) - there is a dumpsite at the north end of the grounds
  • All garbage to be placed in containers provided
  • No noise after 11:00pm
  • Pump-out included
  • No running generators after 11:00pm
  • No open campfires on the grounds
  • No vending permitted in the camping area
  • Attach parking tag in a visible location (rear view mirror if possible) on trailer/motorhome/tow vehicle
  • Any questions may be referred to staff in the camping signup trailer

  • Food vendors are on site
  • We strive to maintain better than 90% Car Parts, Automotive Services, Automobillia and Auto related services
  • Battery operated 3 or 4 wheel handicap scooters are allowed for vendors and customers who require them
  • Grounds are Police patrolled.
  • Grounds security is provided Friday and Saturday nights
  • No items to be left on the field at the close of the flea market
  • Improperly parked vehicles will be towed.

Vendor Office:







General:
  • Located in the Fair Grounds main office building.

  • Office Hours:
    Thursday 10am to 5pm
    Friday 8am to 5pm
    Saturday 8am to 5pm
    Sunday 8am to 3pm

  • Vendor sites are 20' x 30' outside and 10' x 20' or 10' x 10' inside
  • Subletting sites must have approval of AACA Flea Market staff
  • Vendors provide their own tables
  • All Vendors are expected to leave the grounds by 8pm Sunday
  • Any Vendors who have special circumstances that require them to stay over Sunday night are requested to make arrangements at the Flea Market Office

  • 20ft wide x 30ft deep on grass or gravel
  • $75.00 per site for weekend

  • $90.00 for a 20ft wide x 10ft deep on Concrete per Site for weekend
  • $45.00 for a 10ft wide x 10ft deep on concrete per Site for weekend

Setup Times:
  • Passes are hung on the inside rear view mirror

  • For each site rented the vendors receives 1 mirror tage and 2 wrist bands that must be worn.  Additional wrist bands can be purchased for a one-time fee of $10.00 each at the office or at the vendor gate.
  • Allows passage through the vendor gate for 2 people per rental site
  • Allows parking and camping on rental site
  • Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Friday: 7:00am - 8:00pm

Current vendors may reserve their space for the next years Flea Market by pre-paying during the current Flea Market. After the current Flea Market concludes, spaces will be allocated on a first come basis at the regular prices.

Subletting must be approved by AACA

No Hook ups - No Noise after 11:00pm

Car Show - Saturday and Sunday

  • A preferred parking area on pavement and grass is reserved for show cars
  • Pay admission to attendants on entry road. Follow ring road and watch for signs to SHOW CAR parking. See Show Car area on "Lindsay Layout", beside inside vendor building and south of Collector Car Sales.
  • Stop at "Show Car" tent just inside gate and register.

Collector Cars for Sale


  • The outdoor car sales lot is located beside the Inside Vendor area on a paved area. See the "Lindsay Layout" for the exact area
  • After paying for your per person entrance at the main gate, you will be directed to the Car Sales tent just inside the gate, where you will receive your "for sale" registration.
  • Vehicle sales are $30.00 for the weekend per vehicle 
  • Place the For Sale Tag in a visible location inside the vehicle for sale
  • Car Sales are requested to display the asking price of the vehicle and contact information if not on site
  • Inside car sales rates are also available prior to the event
  • Pre-registration is available until May 10th by clicking the form below and receiving wrist bands in the mail.
  • Gate admission will not be charged to deliver your "for sale" vehicle (Thursday and Friday only) prior to the event weekend.
